We source and buy only high quality, grass-fed and organic beef tallow for our products. Our tallow comes to us beautifully rendered, retaining nutrients without a beefy scent.

    Tallow is high in fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, which are essential for healthy skin. These nutrients support skin regeneration and help maintain elasticity and hydration, and are unique to high quality animal fats. Tallow is identical to human sebum, the oils produced naturally by our skin to keep us in balance with our environment. Tolerated well by almost everyone, and a miracle for inflammatory skin conditions, tallow has a comedogenic rating of 0-2, making it highly unlikely to clog pores.

  • Long Shelf Life

    Due to its stable saturated fat content, tallow is slow to oxidize, meaning it doesn’t go rancid as quickly as most plant-based oils. No special treatment or refrigeration necessary.

I’m the founder and maker behind Magnolia Crow. For over 30 years, I’ve been crafting my own herbal preparations and body care products, inspired by a deep respect for plants and their power to support our well-being. With a background in holistic nutrition, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how to nourish the body from the inside out—and how what we put on our skin is just as important as what we put in it.

My work has long centered around supporting mothers and families in many roles, helping them find cleaner, simpler ways to care for themselves and their loved ones. That experience is woven into every product I make—each one designed to be gentle, effective, and free from anything unnecessary or synthetic.

Everything is handcrafted in small batches here in Littleton, Colorado, using high-quality, plant-based ingredients. We’re proudly not tested on animals—only on Mark, my partner, biggest fan, and very willing guinea pig. I am likewise blessed with daughters and friends who have been invaluable in the development of our products. Stop by and see us at the Farmers Markets on weekends, say hello to Pinky and The Brain (our sweet dingaling pups), and nerd out with us on holistic health.
